There any way to save a pdf file that is embedded in a software that uses sumatra pdf as a viewer?

Unclear on intent
e.g. you might use VBA in office to call SumatraPDF with a location of a file url in the web or on a drive ? but the pdf would needs be an temporary object accessible outside the spreadsheet or docx.
OR Some DB programs save blobs.pdf in a temp directory.

In any such case the pdf can normally be saved or renamed as a local file, using save as or rename.
