I’ve been using Sumatra PDF for a long time on my Surface Pro 3 and I could quickly go forward or backward by swiping left or right on opened documents.
As of v.3.1, it is not working, I reinstalled v3.0 and it works fine. Is there any way to reactivate that feature on the new versions?

As Peter has indicated this was disabled for “continuous” pages
However it may vary it s behaviour in other builds/cases
for example in v 3.1.2 release, on my kit, in epub or pdf one finger will show the back forward hint but not function, whereas two fingers will !!
Using ianas prerelease build it behaves well enough with one finger
