Hi,
I rotated a page in a DjVu file using DjVuToy 2.08
In both WinDjView 2.1 (for Windows) and DjView 4.9 (Linux) the image is correctly displayed

Any idea if this is a bug in Sumatra? or maybe there’s a bug in the tool I’ve used?

Sorry for such a long delay as SumatraPDF depends on other Libraries it is not until there is a significant update in those, that such issues may be resolved. SumatraPDF 3.3.1 has fixed some 3.2/3.3 rotation issues but without your file I dont know if your pre 3.2 image scaling problem is also resolved.
In a book in DJVU format, it is impossible to rotate the pages neither to the right nor to the left! It is possible to do this in other programs [WinDjView 2.1 and others]. PDF books turn pages without problems. Please correct this error! I used the latest version of SumatraPDF-prerel-13082 (32bit)
