Please close SearchFilterHost.exe

I cannot get Sumatra installed. I have tried everything (except what works) but I keep getting the same error message
Please close SearchFilterHost.exe to proceed

I tried stopping the service, but not correctly evdently.

Help?

It is difficult to know what is holding a service open it could be Windows explorer or another app usually there is a clue to the PID (programID) which can sometimes help when using task manager.
Usually any such system usage will be less of a problem on a fresh start-up such as after using the Windows 10 Restart (not just quick shutdown)
