Unlikely you will see either of those hardware formats listed here

ORF files are a DigiCam format that stores unprocessed image data from Olympus digital cameras.

ORF files aren’t intended to be viewed, photographers process then save as an edited photo that’s in a much more common format such as Jpeg or Tiff (both of which SumatraPDF can read).

UDF is an optical disk format (CD /DVD) which can store files saved as pdf / tiff or any other view ready file format

Those formats are out of scope for what I want to support in Sumatra.
