The current prerelease version using PDFLaTeX leaves blank some figures imported from PDFs with incudegraphics. The release version works just fine. My document is a long copyrighted book so I can’t send you the source. The failures are graphs of various kinds. But not all graphs are affected.

Please open an issue at GitHub - sumatrapdfreader/sumatrapdf: SumatraPDF reader and attach a single page extracted from the book that shows this problem.
