When attempting to print, the display and the printed document are very narrow - about 4 cms.
Tried everything but to no avail.

Print default may be set to shrink or system default may be stuck on a previous setting for say envelope or postcard

so if a small document it will not be enlarged

Use fit to fill the paper

If the desired content is a small selection of a page then print as selection
