Is there a way to read pdf’s without downloading them first. I would rather read them in my browser if possible without always downloading. I am using Google Chrome.

Well, Chrome has a built-in PDF viewer.

If you’re asking if it’s possible to read PDF opened in the browser in Sumatra, then no. It used to be possible but browsers removed the technology that made that possible.
