How to fix the horizontal offset of the page?

And How can I set ctrl+scroll up/down on 175…180…190%? without zoomfactor ctrl+y ?

The only control for spacing whole pages unaffected by zoom is via
PageSpacing = 40 10
e.g.

But most users usually want that less than the default of 4 4 so the pages are touching in double page spreads eg PageSpacing = 0 0

I set new zoom factor, and it does not work?
or is this work differently?

ZoomLevels = 8.33 12.5 18 25 33.33 50 66.67 75 100 125 150 175 180 190 200 300 400 600 800 1000 1200 1600 2000 2400 3200 4800 6400

Custom Zoom factors do not show in the dropdown but you will see the effect.

And if you check “Custom Zoom” (CTRL + Y)
you can then see the current value

Note
It may show “fit page” or “fit content” etc.if the current zoom happens to be at the correct zoom factor for that to be the current value
