How to change highlighter color in SumatraPDF?
The old method for changing color was to alter
AnnotationDefaults [ HighlightColor = #ff0000
HOWEVER at present that is ignored (you can have any colour as long as its yellow)
One reason the highlight box should always appear when adding annotations is to let you change the colour.
