Home / Hamburger menu and tabs

Is there an option to move the hamburger menu and tabs under the title bar? Otherwise when there are many tabs open it is impossible to move the sumatra window by drag and drop with the title bar.

Version 3.2 (and more recent) includes top left icon for system actions same as for the non tab mode so simply drag or click that icon.
