can we extract highlighted text and images save it separately
please

Any (or all) text you select can be right click “Copy selection” to the clipboard and pasted for example into notepad the same goes for images into mspaint, this is usually good enough for occasional notes etc.

You can also File save as text to extract ALL the text then edit as you wish.

SumatraPDF is a reader not editor / extractor, there are many other products that allow bulk text or image extraction based on page number
