The “default printer” is a Windows system feature, you can use your own or 3rd party apps to set and reset either side of a sumatraPDF running, but simplest is setting a “copy” of your prefered printdriver with its own name such as MyPDFprinter , then call SumatraPDF on the shortcut or command line to use that one
