I set my colors to a dark theme,black theme in advanced settings
SumatraPDF-settings.txt. But:

Can not Read TOC (Left Column) in Dark Mode

I tried many things in SumatraPDF-settings.txt but no luck.

Anyway to change the font color of Left Column Content Lisitings?

I want to keep the background to black #000000

P.S. where is the download link for version 3.2 ?

Unfortunately this color is not yet customizable.

Latest released version of Sumatra is 3.1.2. Version 3.2 doesn’t exist yet. You can download latest pre-release from https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/prerelease.html
