Home / Bookmarks off and single page view by default

Is there a way to always open an epub file with bookmarks turned off (F12) and as a single page (ctrl+6). I cannot find these options in the settings file.

You can set:

• ShowToc = false
• DefaultDisplayMode = single page

This sets default state for both ebook and non-ebook views.
