Home / Bad rendering of some text

In this PDF (link below), the logo and name at the top are very low quality in SumatraPDF 3.1.2, while in comparison Firefox v68.0 does a much better job.

The text is not text it is a very poor scan of an image
Here is the comparison where SumatraPDF does a much better job than Adobe Reader

And if we zoom in with Firefox we can see why

That does not change the fact that Firefox does a much better job rendering this that the others.
