We received this error when batching some pdfs. The issue isn’t always able to be replicated and couldn’t find any information about specific errors on the documentation/manual.

Error while opening Virtual Channel
(Printer: {printername} Port: {port} Document: {documentpath}, Error in function No. 3, errorcode 811eea86)

Anyone have any ideas or additional places to look? I’m also looking at the thin print forums for help as well.

Unfortunately with just the error code without description I personally cannot guess, It appears from what you have got to be a remote terminal services communications issue in opening the port so agree you need to query other thin print users for similar issues (perhaps an authorisation or packet time out?).
