After I update sumatra pdf to 3.3, I was surprised that it is support annotation function.But I can not revert what i am annotatied, just like a real marker pen on a real book.

If you saved a PDF with attachments such as highlights you should be able to hide them using right click and edit then delete in the annotation editor (they may not always be removed fully from the file, in such cases, since its an additive process, defined by Adobe method of commenting)
