v3.4.0.0 (32 bit portable): Upon closing a tab the tooltip keep showing the filename of this closed tab on hovering over the nearest opened tab to the right

Another issue is that in a release v3.3.3 (32 bit portable) tooltips do not show at all.

Win7 32 bit if that matters.

I dont think tooltips were added to 3.3 I think it was later but certainly agree with pre-release the behaviour is also odd in 64 bit
